Had to wait 30 mins for breakfast the first morning as the girl serving didnt ask if we wanted full breakfast and we assumed it would be brought as a matter of course. When it did arrive it was dry and had been cooked for some time. The second morning we asked immediately for full breakfast. It arrived very timely and was excellent.

It was very convenient for walking into Killarney wich was only a few minutes away
The room had only one window - one in the roof which would not close completel- this resulted in the room being very noisy. The tv would not plug into the wall due to a faulty socket. The shower only luke warm.

The location was great. Only 5 min walk from the center of town. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. The staff went out of their way to get breakfast items that my sister could eat. They also helped us to figure out places to visit. I highly recommend this place!!

The rooms were decorated up to date and a good standard for a guest house. The rooms were also very clean. It was a good price for killarney.
It is small but as we were only staying for one night it didn't matter.

The Place was fine. Nothing special but value for money. Slept in and missed breakfast and apart from sleeping there didnt really use it much. Staff were friendly enough, young. Bathroom (room 102) was so tight and awkward but as I said it was a clean, safe roof over ones head for a stag weekend. Wouldnt fancy bringing the family to it; however, it is so close to town everything is walking distance.
Bathroom was too small and cumbersome

It was close to the town centre.
It was hard to get in touch with staff, we didn't see anyone until breakfast. The rooms are very plain and the breakfast was very basic.

good location and free parking
On our initial arrival no one present to check us in. On entering the room the window was fully open and an unpleasant odour was present, after a little investigation we found the kettle was was filled with stagnant water. This was reported to the hotel and the kettle was changed with appologies. In the morning there was little to no hot water for a wash/shower. The breakfast ourselves and other guests agreed was of a poor standard with again hygiene standards not good. Overall we thought value and standards were very poor

It was actually my daughter and her 3 friends who stayed there. They loved it and were treated really well. They were given the whole attic space with a back stairs. They were allowed to come and go as they pleased and were thrilled with everything except the lack of a kettle!!

Very basic B+B. The house is very 'tired' with outdated decor, but the room was clean. The (continental) breakfast was basic, straight out of the supermarket. It suited me just for a low cost bed for one night as I was passing through the town.
Bedroom door locks were basic domestic keys, without escape facility.

Very comfortable, easy to access, close to the city and tourist attractions, or access points to tourist attractions. The owner was very welcoming and easy going. Great water pressure and hot showers.
If anything, a little rough as far as rennovations go, some maintenance issues so not "flash" to look at but comfortable

Only the location is the best point.

Nothing, except the location is very close to town.
This place is a disgrace. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. The bed was very uncomfortable with no headboard. The room was dowdy, old fashioned and not very clean. We could not sleep because there was so much noise, from the road, from other guests, from the plumbing, and early in the morning when the staff started work in the kitchen. The continental only breakfast was sloppy, thrown together, and of the standard one would expect of a basic hostel. We payed 65 euro and were going to be charged 100 euro by mistake. It saddens me that tourists are being offered standards this low.
